CO58 Maintain PI Sheet

Hi,

We are using PI sheet with signature. Simple PI sheet.

In CO58 what are the steps to be carried out.

Normally we enter the Batch number, qty for components and Finished goods, then SAve the PI sheet.

Is it necessary to click on the Report Data button which is available on the tool bar.

Once you enter data in maintain PI sheet, you need to click on REPORT data, otherwise you cannot goto the next step.

In report data select the line and click on report, then the PI sheet will become display...

Then in CO53, just execute the report and select the PI sheet and click on send buttin so that CONF/GI/GR will be posted.
