Action Log in PM Order

Dear PM Experts,

I did changes to the following fields of a PM Oders at different times of the day,

User Status,

Order Status,

Description

Functional Location

But they don't come in Action Log (IW32/Extra/Order Documents/Action Log). The Action Log was emply. But I've seen the above working properly in a different client.

Is there a config setting for this? anyway can enyone help me?
