Dear PM Experts,
I did changes to the following fields of a PM Oders at different times of the day,
User Status,
Order Status,
Description
Functional Location
But they don't come in Action Log (IW32/Extra/Order Documents/Action Log). The Action Log was emply. But I've seen the above working properly in a different client.
Is there a config setting for this? anyway can enyone help me?

yes you have to make changes in SPRO as following
Procced as follows
--->Goto to transaction SPRO
--->plant maintenance and customer service
---> Maintenance and service processing
---> Maintenance and service orders
---> Functions and settings for order Types
---.> Define change Docs
,...... > select your order teype and check the indicator for change document ....
and then go back to iw32 and check that action log must be there first make some changes and save them then open it again to see that changes are logged in action log ......

Changes will only be recorded after you updated the IMG. You will not get change before this time as it was not stored in the database..
