What are the steps to switch Local SLD to Central SLD

Dear Experts,

PO 7.4 system was installed and configured with Local SLD. What are the steps that I need to perform to switch this local SLD with Central SLD? The following are the things that I'm basically looking forward for help.

1. When PI developer clicks on SLD link on the PI Integration Tools Landing/Home page it should open Central SLD webpage rather than local SLD. i.e the link should point to central SLD.

2. All PI server 6 java components(AE, Domain, ID, IR, IS, and RWB) should appear/replicate/register in the Central SLD the way it is showing in local SLD.

3. A business system should be created in the central SLD such as "INTEGRATION_ENGINE_JAVA_<SID>" the way it is showing in local SLD

Hi Jasunai,

I'd suggest to avoid manual steps as they can result in some missing steps. Follow the instructions from SAP Note 2034226 - Configuration Wizard: PI AEX SLD Self Registration and then you register your system in a new SLD all your requirements will be fulfilled too.

Thank you, Mate, for suggesting the correct SAP Note but nothing was happening when I had run through the wizard. I had run this "

PI AEX SLD Self Registration" 10+ times so far. it just creating the 3rd point that I mentioned in my question such as business system

"INTEGRATION_ENGINE_JAVA_<SID>" and skipping my requirements 1 & 2, BUT Log/Trace shows everything 6 components registered successfully, which is totally misleading.

Any suggestion would be highly apprecaited.
