How to set Requirement Date tobe taken on the last date of the Period Month

Hi All,

Need some help on the below requirement/issue.

1. For Demand Management (MD61), when i give the demand for Perion 'Month'

2. The requiremet quantity is taking the 1st day of the month.

3. But i want the requirement quantity shall take the last day of the month.

Eg:

I am intended to produce 5000kg of HALB in the month of Jan 2008 through continuous production process (Make to Stock) and Lot Size as 'FX' - "Fixed Lot size".

When i give the 5000KG for the month of JAN 2008, it is taking the requirement date as 1st of JAN 2008. but ideally we need the requirement on 31st of JAN 2008.

And the producion is Backward scheduled.

Can you please let me know the settings where i can set to take the requirement quantities on the last day of the Period 'Month'

Hi,

In spro, Check lot sizing procedures - OMI4, you can change the Period end= Delivery date but this works only for the lot size=PB(Period lot size). It works only for period lot sizing procedures.

Check with the above if this suits your requirement.
