Hi,

I just installed SAPNW2004sJavaSp9Trial. When I was trying to visit the Netweaver Administrator page, I was asked to input user name and password for login. I tried the username j2eadm and the password which i defined during intallation, but failed.

Could anyone help me on how to login to Netweaver Administrator page? which user name and password i should use?

Thank you in advance.

Albert

Hi Sergo,

Thank you for your reply.

I only have Java stack in my environment. I also tried J2EE_ADMIN account and failed. I think there is no J2EE_ADMIN account defined in the system. I cannot login UME and Portal, same error.

Any idea?

Ok, in your case you have "Administrator" account. If you don't remember password, or any other issue, you can activate the

emergency SAP* user, login under this user in UME , create new USER and give him "Superadmin" Role, after disable SAP* user , login in Portal and UME, and check all other users , directly Administrator. ...

Are you have doublestack (ABAP+JAVA) ? If yes not j2ead --> J2EE_ADMIN user are by default. In only JAVA are Administrator. Are you able to login in UME or Portal from any user?

If it's just a Java engine, you should be able to use user "Administrator" and the password you provided at install time.

While installing you have given SAP user password other than j2ee_admin. Try to remember it.
