102 movement

Hi guys,

We have made reason for movement as mandatory for 102 movement. But when we are cancelling the service entry sheet after acceptance, it is asking of reason for movement. But we are not finding this field in the screen.

how to resolve this?

Dear Hi,

As per my understand you want to delete service entry sheet. For delete service entry sheet you delete good receipt document via MIGO with movement type 102.

But this is wrong process.

You have to cancel first Service entry sheet via Ml81N, System cancel good receipt document automatically.

For delete service entry sheet check below detail.

Process of Service Entry sheet

Prerequisite: - Not single document created against service entry sheet.

T-code: - ML81N.

Process: - Enter t-code ML81N.

Click on "Other purchase order" tab, Enter your service entry sheet number.

System display two status for service entry sheet

1) Accepted 2) No Acceptance

Due to this two status of service entry status I have explain two-step for delete service entry sheet.

1) Status: - No Acceptance

If your service entry sheet is in "No Acceptance" status. Click on "Display - Change button". So system display you one button for "Delete", click on this button so system set deleted status for service entry sheet.

2) Status: - Accepted

If your service entry sheet is in "Accepted" status. Click on "Display - Change button". After click on display change button system display you one "Revoke Acceptance" button first click on this button and save your service entry sheet.

After click on revoke acceptance button the status of service entry sheet should be changed as "Not Acceptance".

Then second time click on "Display - Change button", System saw you one "Delete" button. Click on this button so system set deletion flag for service entry sheet.

Here system not ask to you for reason code

Hi!

Actually while you maintain service entry sheet system generates a 101 mvt material document in backround . Likewise while you revoke(cancel) the service entry sheet 102 mvt happens in backround. So you cant find any field like 'reason for movement' in service entry sheet. Ask your ABAPer to create a separate field in service entry sheet as 'reason for movement' which updates the required field in the 102 document in backround.
