Is there anyway I can make my report wider? Like change it to landscape or change the page size for it? I am trying to fit all my fields for one record into one line, it does not seem like I can fit them all and I can't seem to find a way to change the page width.

Hi Rebecca,

Crystal Reports is printer driver dependent. If you're looking to create a report that is wider than what is supported by your current printer driver, you may want to look into installing a printer driver that allows custom page sizes. It's just the driver that needs to be installed, you do not need to connect to the actual printer.

Thanks everyone for your help! I found the options under Printer Setup not sure if it's because I am still using Crystal Report 9. But anyways, the problem has been solved. I love you all 😃

Hi Rebecca,

Click on File->Page setup-> and change Orientation to landscape.

From Paper size dropdown you can select paper size accordingly.

Also try with changing the size of Margins.

Under the File menu go to Page Setup, you can make the report Landscape, even switch to Legal.

Sorry ..I forgot to mention. I am using Crystal Report 9. I only see Top Margin, Left Margin, Bottom Margin, Right Margin, Use Default Margins, Adjust Automatically, Ok, Cancel, Help under Page Setup under File
