What would be the Information Steward No SSO logon URL when SSO is enabled?

Hello community,

We have recently successfully enabled the WinAD SSO configuration within our Information Steward 4.2 SP08 without concerns. But now anytime any user that is not part of the corresponding configured domain or any user that uses a different Authetication type(Enterprise/SAP), they are not able to load the IS logon page, including myself "Administrator" enterprise user, I have been looking for a different link like the one used for BI Launch Pad when SSO is enabled but no luck, even I have opened an OSS message but seems SAP is not getting what we need since they are pointing to an error while loading the web page but we are not facing any error just seems the page is "missing", does anybody have faced this concern?

Any feedback would be really appreciated.

Thanks and regards!

Roy

Hi Roy,

You can refer to KBA 1946268 - Information Steward does not have logonNoSso.jsp URL

Set below property value in "BILaunchpad.properties" (*******\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\warfiles\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF\config)

Hello Bharath,

Thanks for your reply, but as mentioned earlier my concern isn't with the BI launch Pad URL, that's working correctly, my concern is for the InformationSteward login webpage(http://<host>:8080/BOE/InfoSteward), tried with "http://<host>:8080/BOE/InfoSteward?skipSso=true" but when hit enter the URL is just modified to "http://<host>:8080/BOE/InfoStewardApp/1801161954/ICCExplorer/logon.do?skipSso=true" but we just receive the message "404 Missing Page"(Attached).

If you know specifically for InformationSteward how to enable it, it would be really appreciated, btw on the "BILaunchpad.properties" and "ICCExplorer.properties" I already have enabled "authentication.visible=true".

Thanks!
