Creation of P-User

can you please provide me with instructions how to create a P-user ID? I was not able to find any support on this in the community. The available files under search appear not migrated to this page.

I tried to register a new P-user, but that does not work if you use the same email adress as for already existing S-Users.

Hi I have multiple S ID however trying to create a P-User to support Print form services. I tried using below URL but receive a error message as 'Identity provider cannot process the request because the configuration is incorrect. Please contact your system administrator.'
