Inbound/outbound queus SMQ1, SMQ2

Hi

We are on SRM 5.0, when we check the inbound queues in SRM the following error message appear "SYSFAIL

Action could not be performed. See note 0490748." this is for the R3AD and SRMD_BUPA_MAIN queues. We have checked the note mentioned but the error still happens. Can anyone please advice what else we need to do?

We have already followed the steps in the above mentioned note (before logging the tread) and still got the error.

Which object you are trying to pull like customizing object or Business object? which one like DNL_* or Material?

delta or intial load..

check SMW01 too.

Are you following the procedure as suggested by sap note 720819. plz refer .

First customizing object then only you may do the business object. follow the sequence.

When did you get this error message i.e which object ?
