partner function....of Sales employee..

Hi, i want to create a partner function of sales employee in my customer master. there is no HR role in the organinazion...how will i go for it? The requirement is, that partner function has to flow in the order document as well. Can anyone plz tell me the process for the same? i am on client's site..

Dear Mr. Srinivasa Rao

I created sales representative using T.Code - PAL1.

I assigned the Employee No. in Sales Order and i saved the order.

Now i want to know by using the employee No. - List of Sales Orders assigned to him.

Can u please give me the T.Code for that Report

Go to va05 and give ur sales employee number and material and document date range .. then u can find the sales order for sales employee.

hi,

to add partner function sales employee follow these steps:

1. img>S & D>basic functions>go to partner determination screen and select customer master and select your partner proceedure.

2. now double click on partners in partner proceedure and add partner function SE using new entries and save.

3. now assign the partner function to you account group and save

to create a sales employee goto t code PAL1 and create sales representative.

to add sales rep to your customer master goto your customer master using XD02 and in sales area tab goto partner tab and add the partner function SE and the sales rep number and save

First of all u create partner function -sales employee(SE) and partner type-PE in t-code(VOPA).. in that click customer master and create partner function. after that

click Partner Procedure

Insert this partner function in your Partner Determination Procedure. if u want mandatory then check this partner funtion as Mandatory.

After that assign that partner determination to your Account group..

Then automatically u can get sales employee partner function in your customer master.

thanx srinivasarao for the reply... there 1 issue...i am not able to create SE in VOPA..its showing a log that the entry already exists...what to do now? Can u plz tell me the procedure in detail plz? its for the 1st time i m creating a partner function of SE..

U no need to create partner function in VOPA.just add SE partner function in your partner determination procedure.. Because in sap it is already created. so just add this partner function in your partner determination procedure.. Add this partner function along with your sp,sh,bp,py.

just tell me do u created sp,sh,bp and py partner functions to your partner determination procedure..

If u want to create all process then better go to VOPA or spro-basic functions-partner determination---customer master.. then do all the process what i told to u..

Do i need to create a master for that employee 1st? if yes then is the procedure same as we use for STP?

No need to create new partner function. Because in sap it is predefined partner function. Just insert this partner function into your Partner determination Procedure..

Just tell me whether u have created partner determination procedure or not..

First create all the process what i told and after that create sales employee master through (t-code-PAL1) and after that insert this sales employee number in customer master..

then ur issue will solved.
