Hello,

I have an issue using Community Messages https://messages.sap.com

Reproducible in different browsers and with a cleaned cache. A chat view remains busy saying "The server is currently offline". The browser console shows an HTTP 500 error when trying to make HTTP GET against https://messages.sap.com/api/v2/users/me/channels?include=lastMessage∈clude=unreadMessageCount&web=t...

See the screenshot below for reference:

Do you have any hints for me?

Thanks, Anton

Thanks, Amit. I just sent a direct message without any problems. A colleague also hasn't experienced any issues with messaging.

I'll have to investigate further.

anton.levin amit.kumar71 Are you still experiencing problems? IT hasn't found any issues, and nobody else appears to be reporting, so I'm hoping this was just a temporary glitch.

Please let me know.

Thanks!

An issue is still valid for me.

An update. This issue seems to be account specific. I have tried with my second (linked) account and there everything works as expected.

Hello jerry.janda do you have some updates here or maybe you may mail me a link to the internal ticket/incident (if exists) which I can "watch"? Thanks, Anton

Hi, Anton:

I haven't received any updates, but I did report the bug.

I'm reaching out to my contacts to see if they can let me know what's happening -- or, per your request, provide any ticket information.

Hi Anton,

The issue is reported in GitHub (https://github.wdf.sap.corp/relay/relay-server/issues/653) and is under investigation. I will let you know once it is fixed.

Thank you and sorry for inconveniences,

Maryia

Strange idea to post the link to the corporate site without external access!

Hello Anton - I would send this as an e-mail to sapnetwork at sap dot com - this where we are to report site errors.

Hello Tammy, interestingly last time moshe.naveh2 asked me to use "Using SAP.com" tag to report [1] site errors. So, reporting via e-mail is yet another new process to me. Thanks for your suggestion. I will give it a try.
