Hi,
I have created a Predictive Analysis 3.3 solution in CAL but I could not use Expert Analytics as it is saying the license has expired. How do I fix this?
Here are the steps to reproduce the issue.
Step 1: Create instance for SAP Predictive Analytics 3.3 solution in CAL
Step 2: Once instance is created, login thru Remote Desktop Connection (RDP)
Step 3: Once inside the RDP, click ‘SAP Predictive Analytics’
Step 4: Click ‘Expert Analytics’ on the side panel and ‘Expert Analytics’ again in the main window. It will start to load
Step 5: Error pops up

Next week this issue will have an automated resolution, but to allow you to use Expert, here is a manual process.
1) Go to folder "C:\Users\Public\sappa\" and delete file " hilo_license.properties"
2) Go to folder "C:\Program Files\SAP Predictive Analytics\Desktop"
3) Open file License.cfg and copy the license key.
4) Start SAP Predictive Analytics Desktop
5) Open menu "Help/Enter Keycode" and in the dialog, enter the license key you have copied.
6) Close and restart SAP Predictive Analytics Desktop. Now you can start Expert.
If your license key has effectivelly expired, enter a screenshot in the ticket and the support will provide you a license key for Expert.

Could you tell me when this instance was created? Not activated (meaning that it was suspended for some time and then activated again), but created for the first time?
