France - managing Ecotaxe in SAP Business ByDesign

Hi, I would like to manage Ecotaxe in ByD .

This tax allows to finance a government agency which is in charge of recycling waste. Here is the principle and an example of how this works (i.e. for a lamp manufacturer which is an adherent of the government agency Recylum) :

- there is a contribution depending on the product category (i.e. 0,20 € per lamp sold),

- for a given year (i.e. 2018), the government agency invoices either at beginning of year or each quarter, a provisional contribution based on the quantity sold the year before (2017) - accounted for as a downpayment,

- at the beginning of the following year (2019, producer declares what he really sold the year before (2018) => a regularisation request is sent by government agency to producer, via either an invoice or a credit note, whose amount is the total amount due - already paid. - invoices of government agency to Producer must be paid via bank transfer.

The ecocontribution must appear on the invoice sent by the Producer to its customers.

A declaration must be sent by the Producer to the government agency with quantities sold per product category (either each quarter, or once a year).

This is not a standard function of ByD.

My questions :

1. is this function in the roadmap for localization for France and when ?

2. which workaround would you suggest ? .
