Complaints.(subject profile doesnot exist.)

Hi Friends,

While creating a complaint we got an error as "the subject profile doesn't exist". We are not able to go further and handle it and the solution cannot be executed.

Any thoughts on it?

Can you please tell me the path and the configuration steps if possible?Please help me in this regard. I am new to this concept. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

For creating Subject profile the path is

IMG-CRM-Transations-Basic setting- Setting for Activities-Define Activity Reason-Define Subject Profile.

After Defining Subject Profile assign in Transations

Hi

Assign Subject Profile to Business Activity (Complaint Business Activity).

Because we do not have reason and result codes at Transaction level.
