i would need to understand how the Trade Claims Management (TCM) module of CRM is integrated with CO-PA. My customer is currently using SD to feed COPA value fields. As far as I understand TCM triggers the creation of accounting documents in FI-AR/AP without using SD.
How does the integration between TCM and CO-PA work? Can we still use value fields and feed them in a different manner?
