dear all,

i have aproblem when using the freight conditions in header as it is not distributing the header freight cost proportionately.

the c.type of freight is defined as

cond.class a

cal.type b

group cond x

header cond x

item cond x

when i enter freight manually in header and press ACTIVATE button i.e., not functioning.

if i uncheck the group condition then the ACTIVATE button is working.but the amount is not distributing proportionately.

how to resolve this??

Hi there,

Header discount will distribute proportanately only if it is a fixed amount. That is if the calculation type in V/06 is B fixed amount. If the cal type is A percentage, it applies the same discount to all the items.

Aslo check the "Group condition" at Group condition view & also "Header" in Changes view. Dont check the "Item conditions" in changes. If you check that it will apply same value to all items. Try that & see if it works.

Also you can get the detailed explanation in the link below

Hope this helps.

Dear Yugandhar

Please [untick] the box for Item Category in V/06 for the said condition type and also dont maintain any access sequence.

thanks

Remove the activation from "Item condition", mark as "Manual entries have priority", remove access sequence if any.

In the Pricing procedure mark the condition type as "Manual".

Dear Yugandhar

In that case, in V/06, next to Group Condition, you can also see a box [GrpCond routine] Maintain 1 there and try whether your requirement can be achieved.

thanks

thanks a lot Mr.laxmipathi, for ur quick response.

when i use 1 as grp cond routine in v/06 it says' GrpCndRoutine without rounding diff. not defined for calculation rule B'. so i checked rounddiffcomp field. and saved. then also no progress when i clicked on activate button in sales order header conditions.
