Dear Friends,

I am silent member of this group.

I need your help in resolving issue related to public holidays

I have a situation with regards to public holidays and when ever employees take annual leave those public holidays are not excluded from annual leave quota.

Please suggest me how to overcome this.

Hey Patwari..

Create a Counting rule for the absence which you want to count the Public Holidays also, where you need to tick "1" under the public holiday class tab in the screen and assign the counting rule for that absence type Annual leave. Hope it will work....

Check you absence counting and quota deduction

Perfom a search on previous thread, I think it has been answer just a few days ago....

Thank you. I have checked absence counting rules and quota deduction they are okey. Can you suggest or input for the same.

Hello

Check your absence counting rule for the absence, the Holiday Class boxes - ticked = count the holiday, unticked = no counting the holiday. Check which holiday class is being counted in the deduction and then check this table to see if it is flagged to be counted if so then untick the holidays class.
