Web DMS :- Cannot see orginal application file

Hi All

I am just exploring Web DMS.. Included a Doc Type in SPRO settings for Web DMS .. I created a DIR and checked in an original file.

But I cud see only the Document description and details in the DIR in Web DMS.. Orginal file was not seen..The same DIR was opening fine in SAP Gui and the original file is viewable there..

Is there any other settings for this??

Hi,

In IMG - setup web documents, verify that you have defined sequence for field groups for originals and define application for thumbnails are defined.

Thanx Anirudh.. the problem is resolved..

Also there is no LOG OUT button in front end of Web DMS.. Any settings for this??

Hi Aby,

In configuration once u defined doc type for Web applicationIn, u you have define field groups sequence for originals.

I hope with this problem will get resolved.
