Hi,

This error usualy counts out to be an "Alpha confirmation error " kind. The date format in the source system and BW are not consistent or same to each other. Check the date format in the source system , Select the respective packet in PSA and edit it accordingly and then "Reconstruct" it through PSA.

But if you say that you are not using 0Date , then i say there is a mapping mistmatch , check your update rules and transfer rules (3.X) or transformation rules (7.0).

Hope this will be expedite.

Hi,

I am pretty sure that the error occured in the transfer or update rules but is shown in psa now. You have one date field in your structure (usually all date fields are referencing 0date) which contains a date in an incorrect format. Even a initial value has to be '00000000'. Check that out, correct the error in psa and load from there. Better identify the source of the error and correct it in the source system/flat file...

Hi,

If it is in PSA, then you are using that characteristic only right ?
