Screen Text Translation from EN to PT

Hi Experts,

I have created a copy of std transaction MD04 as Zmd04,

When I am login in PT language the fiels text for plant is CENTRO , My requirement is to display it as Plant even if i am login in PT language.

When we login in EN language th etxt display is Plant.

This is not an selection screen its a screen defined and I have search in se63 but no where i found the solution.

Also if we change the text translation for data element it wont reflect on screen.
