SAP Help Center Configuration for ERP 6.0 EHP3

Hello together,

I am configuring SAP Help Center with transaction SR13 and want to use PlainHtmlHttp.The function under Help -> SAP Library and SAP Glossary shall work.The system has the following software product stacks:

SAP GTS 7.2

EHP3 for SAP ERP 6.0 SPS Initial Shipment Stack

SAP ERP 6.0

Can you please tell me, how to set the path for help.sap.com or where I can find an overview of paths? Currently the server is https://help.sap.com and the path is set as:

saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata

I have also tried saphelp_erp60/helpdata, saphelp_erp60_ehp/helpdata, saphelp_erp60_ehp_04/helpdata but none of them are working.

We have the same problem and it looks like SAP has just stopped this option to get directly to their server when they restructured help.sap.com recently.

Already in 2005 in OSS note 874583 - Connecting the help to the SAP Help Portal they said "availability cannot be guaranteed" and recommend the CD.

this is again said in 1934999 - No documentation available. Message no. SH720

and with pictures in 2149786 - Customizing help settings in transaction SR13

However, in the installation guide for S4HANA 1709 https://help.sap.com/doc/6b11678926d3409bbfea8897cb34d10f/1709%20001/en-US/INST_OP1709_FPS01.pdf

if you search for SR13 you can see recommendations for the settings, so there might be an option again for S4HANA systems.

Yes, I know these OSS notes. But I am configuring SAP Help for a customer and documentation DVDs shouldn´t be used. Therefore I configure the help via links.

Following path is ok for customer:

erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata

EHP version is not exactly fiting, but the function is given enough.
