CRM 2007 Webclient

Dear frds,

one of our users have a problem with acessing webclient.

Problem is, on the webclient screen we will have a menu and by clicking on menu it opens a dropdown list from where she can select the appropriate options. But for some specific Users Its not showing all options from drop down list. and short keys for specific action (Ex Shft + f2 etc) are working though they cant be seen. This is surely not authorisation issue. coz it works well with Users ID in my mechine.

Can imagine what could have been the problem? I can see all the options but user just cant.It looks more like a problem with Internet Explorer setting. Can any one imagine what could have been the problem?
