Producer failing to generate documents

Hi all,

One of my users is trying to generate the documents for a project he created.

But when he select the PDFs or DOC and clicks OK, the following pop-up appears:

"Microsoft Word initialization failed."

Other users can create the documents with no issues, do any one know what can be the cause and solution for it?! The MS Word is working fine for him.

We are using:

WPB 9.5 build 456

MS Office 365 - Word v1705 (build 8201.2265)

Windows 7
