Gr cancelation

I done gr for one po and used some material. now i want to cancel my gr number.plz advise me.

Once you have used the material so you can not do the GR cancellation but you can return the left out mateiral to vendor using movement type 122 or tcode MBST

Hi,

Cancellation of any material document can be done as it was posted, means you can not make any changes in material document during cancellation.

In your case if you will go for GR cancellation, it will give deficit of stock error since you have already consumed the stock after GR. So i will not allow you to cancel the GR Document until you cancel the consumption document and bring back the material in to stock which is already consumed.

If you don't want to do so then better go to MIGO and Select option as Return Delivery > Material Document (GR) an specify the remaining stock of the material ans use movement type 122. You can also use transaction MBRL for this purpose.

Goto MBST and give the document number and delete it.

Dear,

If you want to cancel al Goods receipt, go to MIGO select Cancellation and Material document.

The material document created while you are doing GRN enter here and chcek the items OK check box in material tab Details tab. Save.
