Hi,
I have two absence quota types.
One of them is configured in spro to have time measure/unit as Days. For this, the ESS application Time Accounts shows the correct entitlement.
However, for my other absence quota type which is configured in spro to have time measure/unit as Hours, the ESS application Time Accounts shows 0 in entitlement column even though i have keyed in 20 hours in this record of IT2006.
Need help to find out why its not showing the entitlement for the 2nd one.
thanks
HI,
Please check for table -
VV_PTARQ_TPROCESS - Specify Display of Partial-Day Absences
Then table -
V_T555I - Check Time Balances to Be Displayed
Check if this resolves your problem, if yes, then award with points.
All the best,
Santosh

Hi,
Changing the settings in VV_PTARQ_TPROCESS does not help.
Ok, i have another update on this that we debugged and found that Time Accounts in ESS is showing '0' entitlement for the absence quota type which is set to 'increase' in V_556A_B.
i.e, Quotas generated via time evaluation show '0' whereas quotas which are created manually in IT2006 show the correct entitlement.
It looks like Time Accounts web application tries to simulate time evaluation to display the entitlement and due to some failure, gets 0. Is this true?
I looked at V_T555I and didn't have much in there. Do i need to maintain this for the above clarified scenario?
How is your settings in ESS done? In hours or days? Please check that.
Thanks,
