How to mass change the PO items delivery date

We have to change Purchase Orders line items delivery date, we have tried with the 'MEMASSPO - Mass Maintenance' . In Mass maintenance transaction we executed the mass maintenance with the new delivery date but it is not updated in the PO.

Please suggest solution for mass maintenance of delivery dates in PO's.

Just FYI ... You can not use batch input (BDC) for the SAP Enjoy transactions. (See SAP notes 381630 and 217437.)

Therefore, you can't use Tcode LSMW to update the PO item delivery date using Tcode ME22N.

The Best Possible solution for your issue is Using LSMW.

Since only Delivery date is to be Update use LSMW Direct Input Method / you can also use Batch Input (Recording)Method.

In addition:

If you have to / want to change the delivery date of items of one PO, use the 'Fast change' icon in ME22N.

A BDC will be your best bet as stated above.. That way you can correct, change, delete dates using one report.. if this is a common issue

The best solution for your requirement is create LSMW for PO cahnge and use that this will be very easy for you

use std SAP LSMW for PO

Program Name RM06EEI0

in the source sturcture enter only two field

EEIND

EBELN

link with std SAP field

EBELN --> EBELN

EEIND--> EINDT

Hi,

MEMASSO is not used to maintain delivery date. There is no standard Tcode available for your requirement.

You need to manually maintain the delivery date for each PO through ME22N. You can also get a BDC program created for mass maintanence of delivery date with the help of your ABAPers.

It is not do mass maintenance of Delivery Dates in MEMASSPO. You have to go to ME22N and maintain delivery date individually for PO.
