Outbound delivery - VL10D

Hi,

When we try to do VL10D transaction itu2019s giving an error message saying u201Cthere is no stocku201D. But in MMBE there is enough stock in unrestricted use.

We created stock transport orders for qty 3980 and we partially received goods qty of 3677. Still stock 303 is available in unrestricted. But I cannot do VL10D for the rest 303 stock.

Please be kind enough to advice meu2026.

it means that the avilable quantity is already assigned ot some outbound delivery and whihc i snot processed yet and is in pending state so go to tcode vl06O

and either delete the delivery or process it

if you are going to delete the pending OB delivery then you can assign the avialble stock to the new delivery

How do I filter the VL06O transaction?? How can I come to a conclusion that the available qty is assigned to some other outbound delivery?

make use of the option post good issue option in vl06o so you are able to get the pending deliverys for PGI now select the relevant one and deletet it either do the PGI

Hi,

Check in MMBE, the stock available lies in the single storage location and the storage location is getting determined automatically during Delivery Creation in VL10D.

Also check if any open reservation exists for the material or stock of material has been reserved for any other sales order or delivery. If no then check in material master if Re-order point is maintained in MRP 1 view.
