If you want the IDoc information to be persisted in the DB, please check if you have set the Persistance to true.

It’s under NWA -> Infrastructure -> Application Resources. Click on Show and select Resource Adapters. In the Resource List table select JavaIdocAdapter and in the Resource Details table, select Properties and look for the property Persistance.

We are already enabled for JavaIdocAdapte but still unable to see Idoc number.

We can see Idoc number in IDOC monitoring, but we unable to see IDoc number in attached screenot for reference.

Have you check in IDOC monitoring instead of PI's message monitoring ?
