I have a rather technical issue:
I have a customer trying to config SBO Mailer, but is getting an error stating that the port can’t be bound.
However, upon research of the port in question it is already in use by B1.
I don’t know whether the mailer is already bound to the port and the port will just not communicate, or if another process in B1 is using the port. In any case, SBO Mailer will not function. Has anyone run into this issue? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Yes, the SMTP server information is correct. Testing it through a dummy system works fine. Just not on their box. 9072 is not the standard port for SAP in general, as far as I know. Yes, that is the port being used by the Mailer.

There is no need to separate port for SBO mailer. Please make sure SMTP server and etc are correct.
