Document 5000001012 does not exist in calendar year 2018

Hi All,

In the Test System, facing the Problem during the Goods Receipt ,against the Purchase Order. Once Goods Receipt is done,Document is getting posted & when we display the same , will get the below message

Document 5000001012 does not exist in calendar year 2018
Also, stock is not getting updated. System is allowing to do the GR again for the same Purchase Order.

Checked FBN1 Settings & OMBT settings , found to be OK ( Please find the attached screen shot of the same)

Need kind Help/inputs. Thanks & Regards :Raja

use SE16N and check table MKPF whether the document 5000001012 exist with another year or not at all.

If not at all, then check SM13 for posting failures (then you should have received an express message)

Many Thanks for your quick & kind guidance.

Checked the Table MKPF, Yes, there exist the data with the Document : 5000001012. Which seems to be the Document which was posted on 13.04.2000.
Please find the attached screen shot of the same

Could you please guide me for the next steps/Action to be taken in this case, to overcome this issue, Please

Actually it has a entered date of 13.04.2000, so it is impossible that it is the new document (except your test system is totally screwed up and has a system time of year 2000)

Please check in SM13 for posting failures and in ST22 for dumps
