Enhancement Object inconsistent (n version exist) when moving to QAS

When I create new or edit an exist enhancement object ( implicit enhancement ), its created successfully on DEV, but when move the changes to Quality i cant find the enhancement code in the program and the enhancement is not accessible from SE19.

SAP_BASIS 740 0012 SAPKB74012 SAP Basis Component

Screenshot from DEV for the program and the enhancement is exist.

Program: MV45AFZA

Enhancement: ZSD_AFTER_SAVE_SORD

Also The Enhancement is accessible on DEV from T-code SE19

And the Enhancement is not even accessible from SE19

Can you make sure, if the QA system and DEV are at the same support package

This error may occur if an enhancement implementation or an enhancement spot exists in an internal n-version. You may have to raise an incident for the support package, SAPKB74012

Reference the note : 1465387 - Error message for enhancement objects with n-version, for more.. (this is an older version, but the steps, resolution might help)

Please check with BASIS, and try implementing the note, or import the relevant support package

Hi,
Please check below note.
2747802 - 'Enhancement object &1 inconsistent (n version exists)' after transport of enhancement.
To solve the issue, run the function module ENH_MASS_ACTIVATION with the TR number used to imported the enhancement.
I was facing similar issue and now it is resolved.
