Need help in creating below alerts in sap apo DP & SNP

Hi Expert,

i am new in creating alert, please guide me how can i create below alert.

1.Alert when Promo1 + Promo2 + Sales Order + VIM > Final Forecast in a monthly bucket.

2.When the forecast of a particular size is more than 15% of the overall forecast.

3.Supply Shortage ( Future time periods)

I dont know how to wirte logic for above. please help me.

One more thing when we create alert theough macro book--- what is the meaning of below as also shown in screen shot:

A. Add

B. Update

C. Update in context

D. Delete

please help me in creating above alerts. thanks in advance.
