Need CR 2008 Keycode

Purchased CR 2008 over a month ago and haven't yet been able to obtain a permanent keycode for the install. I registered online with SAP Service Marketplace and was told I would receive my information via email. The next email I received stated "No Keycode Required" (which is obviously not the case). I have tried numerous times to obtain keycode information, but have only been given a temporary code. I'm fast approaching the expiration of this 30-day code.

Don't think it should be this difficult to obtain a keycode to something I paid for over a month ago.

Can someone please help???
