Inconsistency - Business Role Update to users has run into errors

Hello everyone.

Someone knows if this inconsistency was resolved:

When updating a commercial role, I present the following error and the changes were not reflected in that role.

i read this other blog:

I followed the instructions mentioned in the aforementioned blog. but do not get to have something clear about the resolution is concerned.

which presented the same problem, and apparently it was a very complex issue. But at the end of the blog does not mention how to solve it.

I wanted to restrict some accesses to that role, however, I still present this error notification.

Any contribution would be very helpful.

    You searched by our Blog Posts, asked for help in our Community - this is most welcome from your part. I believe that you should raise an incident so that we can know more about your current system settings and exact error messages seen in your end. This would be the best way to proceed in my humble opinion. If you prefer to continue here, can you share any other more specific details of the error?

      Actually it was a problem of access control that was being given from a specific role, when trying to update the access rights it was blocking some view of some work center, I put the president in SAP Cloud Support and they gave me some advice, I just waited for there to be a schedule in which there were no users connected, I went back to update and returned the access restrictions covering the work centers and views I needed to restrict.
