Change in Monitor Shopping Cart

Hi all,

I have the following question. Some users created SC which are in status "Held". Now the administrator who is a different person would like to order the SC.

Therefore he uses transaction Monitor Shopping Cart. But in Monitor Shopping Cart there is no change button available.

Is there a possibility for an administrator to change a held shopping cart from a different user?

Hi AD,

it is not possible in the standard.

The SC can be changed in the transaction Monitor Shopping Cart only in case whan the SC has the status I1112 (error status).

If you want to modificate the standard, check the place where the status is checked.

Hello,

We have been looking for this functionality for quite some time. We have been told by SAP that it can be done using 'Team Shopping' but have so far not been able to find any solid information on it.

as fas I know 'team shopping' would be available SRM 6.0 onwards

and since GA of 6.0 is cancelled we will have to wait till 7.0
