Sso to webdynpro

good afternoon In our company, there are two systems, the SRM and SUS.

In each of them is set by SSO tickets.

Just spnego registered for access via the web.

All works well for internal employees whose computers are in the domain of the company. The difficulty comes from external suppliers with the SUS system. During access via the web to Z application requests authorization in Active directory. Someone tell me why? in SICF registered users to access Z applications with general powers. But the problem remains

Per your description SPNego is the only single sign-on technology being used.

SPNego uses the Kerberos token that is retrieved from MS AD and stored in the user workstation.

The users that require single sign-on (using SPNego/Kerberos) must have access to the required domain so they can retrieve the Kerberos token to perform the authentication. Without domain access single sign-on will not work in this case. Please notice that Kerberos/SPnego are mostly used for single sign-on in intranet only scenarios.
