Transaction code assigned problem

Dear All,

i m having a query regarding Transaction code assigned to the user.When using a T.C SUIM i m checking the transaction code assigned to the user is very long near about 300.For Ex If i m checking the HRUSER its showing the 300 T.C assigned but when i check through su01 profile check its very less.

NOTE:can u plz tell me the reason why it happen so.

Hi,

In SU01..As i know We don't have any option to check assigned tcodes,we can only check roles and profies from there so as I am understanding by SUIM you are checking tcodes and by SU01 roles and profiles and a role can have any number of tcodes so that might be the reason.

Okei fine i agree,but frm su01 u can check the roles and by double cliking on the roles it will go the next session from there u can check the transaction codes assigned to that user.

But this is not mahh question.

OKie tell me if i have to check all the transacion code assigned to the user what is the path AS FAR I KNOE I CHECKED IT FROM tc SUIM.

Do u have any idea from where i can check the all the transaction codes assigned to the user...

Hi,

You can get information from SUIM -> Transactions -> Executable for User

or you can get tcode assigned in roles from table AGR_1251

se16 -> AGR_1251

at selection screen AGR_NAME -> enter role name

object -> S_TCODE

Field -> TCD
