Quality Gate configutration in SolMan 7.1

Hello

We need to add a new logical component in an already working QGate project.

Solution Manager is 7.1 release (SPS13).

When we Setup this project by pressing the button "Set up", in tcode SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN, HTTP screen appears and everything goes well up to the last screen. On this last screen, where we should see a graphic representing the landscape, the buttons don't work, also the graphic doesn't show up, it seems to be frozen. The lock remains stuck in SM12 but there is no activity in SM50.

All QGate requirements are in place and the check returned a green status.

We validated CHARM/QGate Master note 2071920 and updated Unified Rendering Engine. Web Services mentioned in note 1509091 and 1280409 are all active.

We made the test with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox We also tested Internet Explorer Compatibility mode

Did someone got this problem? How could we fix this ?
