Hi

there are a amazing Production order that GR Qty more than Delivery Qty of finished goods in this production order.

there are some data in this production order as below:

Order Qty = 2680

Delivery Qty = 2680

Tolerance = 0

However, to my surprise, Material documents list there are 3500 Qty has been received related this production order. I have check all material documents related this production order. the total GR Qty is 3500 more than 2680.

I know when I do GR for this production order if Total GR Qty exceed Order Qty, So, SAP will not allow me to do. because the Tolerance = 0.

Anybody can tell me, how to deal with this error?

Thanks

Henry

Hi Dharma

I'd like to know why the delivery Qty isn't 3500. Because the total GR Qty is 3500. However, according to my understand, The Delivery Qty should equal to Total GR Qty, Correct?

Besides, I have checked another Production orders. We cannot do GR more than order Qty. So, that means Customizing is right!

Hi

Pl check in Production order Goods receipt tab, whether Delivery completed tick mark is there?

and also check underdelivery and overdelivery tolerances & tick mark on unlimited overdelivery.

Hi,

To avoid the error in future do the following setting.

Goto OPK4, Select your plant, Order type.

Select Overdelivery - Error when qty falls over delivery tolerence.

Under delivery - Error when qty falls below delivery tolerence.

hi Biswanath Rath

The Qty of Scrap is Zero.

Thanks

Hi

This is probably because of scrap. Pls check the scrap field in the production order. If any value is there then I think the additional qty has been booked as scrap.

Pls check and revert back.

Hi Henry,

If you do not want to restrict the quantities while confirmation, make the changes as required.

Related to Material master, work scheduling view the under/over delivery tolerance should be zero and unlimited delivery tick should not be active

While creation of production order (if manually created) under delivery or over delivery tolerance should be zero and unlimited delivery tick should not be active.

regarding configuration, in OPK4 for plant and order type the following confirmation parameters are to be maintained

Hope this will solve yours, come back if required.

with regards
