Hi Friends,

I need help in template designer in 2007. In the standard document types for which i can cretae a template are just MS Word document and Adobe XML. I want to import MS Excel template using template designer how to go about it.

Hi Jai,

in CRM 2007 only Adobe PDF and MS Word files can be generated based on templates. there is no functionality to define kind of XLS templates with this feature. Nevertheless the UI framework provides in each list view a button to get all list entries exported to MS Excel.
