Hi,
I encountered strange problem with BPC conversion file. For some reason Ä, Ö and Å characters are converted in the cdm file as "?" and so dataloads fail. Last time I made changes to these, there were no problems. We haven't made any system changes recently. Here is a test conversion file:

It seems that Java script works. Would be nice if the old functionality came back. This worked before, so that I only needed to input 2016.vuosi_syöttö to INTERNAL field.
