Hi
Go to Tcode Smartforms.
Select Styles radiobutton.
Create new style, Save it.
1.Right click on Paragraph Formats --> Create Node.
With This u can create new paragraph format, say P1.
Give font family e.g Times, font size e.g 8.0,font style e.g. Bold , Underline etc as per your requirments.
Paragraph Formats are used for maintaining a specific paragraph in smartform with font, style given by you.
e..g. when u maintain any text in smartform ,go to editor & give paragraph format name (P1).
That text will be displayed with size , font you selected for P1.
2. Right click on Character node --> Create node.
With this u can create new character format Say C1.
Give font family e.g Times, font size e.g 8.0,font style e.g. Bold , Underline etc as per your requirments.
Character Formats are used for maintaining a specific character/sentence in smartform with font, style given by you.
e..g. when u maintain any text in smartform ,go to editor & give character format name (C1).
syntax- <C1>&variable&</> or <C1>text</>.
That text will be displayed with size , font you selected for C1.
In such way u can create character & paragraph formats as many as u want with diffrent sizes, fonts etc.
Finally go to header data, give default paragraph name.(any one out of u created.)
This is for when you give any text & dont specify paragraph / character format for that this default one comes into action.
Save & activate style.
Dont forget to give this style name at every node in your smartform.
