Getting error message"error -1 detected during transaction ' Payment ' Term(octg)"

We have recently upgraded to Sap Business One 9.3.While adding an approved PR,we are receiving error message error message"could not commit transaction error -1 detected during transaction ' Payment ' Term(octg)"

Dear Team,

I think this is an error in SAP 9.3 patches, suggested you to upgrade in Latest patch and try to add your document which was send again for the approval.

Hello,

I have a client that is experiencing this error message on SAP anytime they want to add a PO after it has being approved

''Could not commit transaction: Error -1 detected during transaction '' (PRQ1).

I need help to get it resolved as soon as possible.
