Time disaggregation in IBP 1802

Hi All,

We need a help on “time disaggregation in IBP”

We are getting the forecast in Monthly bucket. When it comes to supply it is coming equally distributed in weekly bucket. As our base planning level is also week and planning is done at a weekly level in supply planning.

Now for the few products we need demand should come at only first week of month( Remember the Release profile and Release demand data to SNP in APO where we use to control this).

How can we achieve this in IBP 1802. What settings we need to do.

We can cannot give weighted factors in time profile as it will be applicable to all the product and in my case I we have this specific requirement only for few product.

Hi Ketan,

I would suggest you to create a KF and use that as basis of disaggregation.

In this KF try giving dummy values so like for those products give entire value in first week and for rest of the months equal.

This can help if you have less number of products.

Just a workaround.
