Is ther a way to block storage location for a particuler User id.
If yes, how to do it?

Pl let know what the tcode is.
If the object for the particulat tcode has a provision for storage location feils then only we can restrict it.

Tcode is MB1A..
I was told Storage location can be blocked only at Role level not at individual user level.
Is that true?

The Tcode MB1A checks the following authorization objects
C_KLAH_BKP
C_TCLA_BKA
C_TCLS_BER
M_MSEG_WWA
None of these Auth objects has a check for field LGORT.
So restricting storage location for tcode MB1A may not be possible unless you go for a customer development.
