HCP Trial MDC Instance stuck in "Creating" state

Hello,

I am trying to create a MDC database on HCP Trial., the database is stuck in "Creating" state since yesterday. I am not able to delete the database as it is in "creating" state nor am able to create a new one.

I would really appreciate any help.

No worries, need wait 2 or 3 weeks, will be automatically delete.
My solution: create another trial temporary account.

I don't know if I'm dreaming...such a systemic problem and no direction/solution ? after more than one week ? Hopefully the developer trial account is free...nothing to expect 😉 SAP ? is there someone on the line ?

One could be to not delete periodically HANA trial, as it seems to be difficult to re-create it ;-)))))
