Update quantity field in ORDCHG - IDOC - ORDERS05

Hi IDOC Experts,

For creating a Sales order, IDoc message type will be ORDERS and the function module is IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS.

For changing the quantity in the sales order then IDoc message type should ORDCHG and the function module is IDOC_INPUT_ORDCHG.

I want to update quantity field.

I just changing the action code in the E1EDP01 segment like action code "002", that will work for updating quantity field or any thing else i need to change in Data ORDERS05 IDOC.

Let me know any one come across this process.

Regards

Ajay

    Hi

You need to configure the message type ORDCHG in the partner profile. I believe Orders processing will happen through Message Control Mechanism if so you need to carry out NACE(Transaction) config as well.

    Cheers,

    Hakim
