Bill of Material Items Show Not In Stock

Hi,

We are selling items that are setup as Bills of Material. The problem is that they always show as Not In Stock on the website. Is there anyway to fix this?

I installed patch 11 but it did not solve the problem with showing Not In Stock for production items. For example, I have an item that is sold by the case so it is set up as a production item which contains a single inventory item with a quantity of 10. I have 500 of those items in stock but on the website if you try to order the case item, it shows Not In Stock. When might this be fixed???

I will see if P11 fixes this issue. If not, I'll just hide all stock indictators throughout the system.

Yes, correct, the BoMs are created in SAP B1 and there are no synch problems. Just the stock levels showing as zero. I will try to apply patch 11, we are on patch 10. Hopefully that will fix the problem.

Also, these BOMs were created in Business One and synchronized over into Webtools without issue?

Hi David,

What patch level of Webtools 6 are you working on? Support for both Sales and Assembly Bill of

Materials is available from PL11. Take a look at note 1241600, to see if this is any help.
