change document for purchase orders are identified by object EINKBELEG (check
with transaction SCDO) and id is internal value of EBELN.
In CDPOS (be
aware this is part of pool CDCLS for Open-SQL restriction) look for after value
of field EKKO-FRGZU Release status, in CDHDR you get the User name of the
person responsible in change document.
